Shipping Policy

Every HorrorBoard order ships free, worldwide, with tracking.

Dispatch

Boards are hand-finished in small batches. In-stock orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the carrier accepts the parcel.

Delivery estimates

• United States: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
• Canada, UK, EU, Australia: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch
• Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch

Estimates are carrier averages, not guarantees — your tracking link always shows the live status.

Address changes

Caught a typo? Email support@thehorrorboard.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before dispatch.

Damaged in transit

If your board arrives damaged, email a photo with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

International orders

Any import duties or local taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
