Track your HorrorBoard order

Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the carrier accepts the parcel — usually within 24 hours of dispatch. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 2–5 business days.

Step 1 — Find your tracking number

Open your "Your order is on the way" email from HorrorBoard. The tracking number is in the email, and the Track order button opens your live tracking page.

Step 2 — Track it

Paste your tracking number into 17TRACK — it works for every carrier we use, in one place.

Tracking not updating?

• The first scan can take 1–3 days to appear after you receive the number.
• International parcels can sit at customs for a few days without new scans — this is normal.
• If there's no movement for more than 10 days, email us and we'll chase it or send a replacement.

Haven't received a tracking email?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there within 5 business days of ordering, email support@thehorrorboard.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we'll send it straight over.
