60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your HorrorBoard. If you're not completely happy with your order for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. No hoops, no restocking fees.

How to start a return

Email support@thehorrorboard.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Pack the board (with its stand and any free gifts) securely in its original packaging if possible.
Once the return is delivered and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo of the item and the packaging together with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — and you won't need to ship anything back.

Return conditions

Items should be returned in the condition they were received: unused beyond normal handling, clean, and with the display stand included.
Free gifts and bundle add-ons that were included with the order should be returned with the board. If a gift is kept, its regular retail price may be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective or sent in error.

Exchanges

Want a different design? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange — the fastest way is usually a return for refund and a new order for the design you want.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they haven't been handed to the carrier yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 2 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
